What kind of projects do you take on?
Complete residences, villas, apartments, renovations, offices and selected hospitality or retail spaces. We also accept focused interior architecture and furniture commissions.
Do you offer turnkey execution?
Yes. Our end-to-end service can include design, technical drawings, procurement, contractor coordination, site supervision, styling and handover.
Where do you work?
Our core geography is Delhi NCR, including New Delhi, Gurugram and Noida. Projects elsewhere are considered based on scope and timeline.
How long does a project take?
A complete residence commonly requires 6–12 months depending on scale, approvals, custom work and site condition. We define a realistic programme after the first briefing.
How are design fees structured?
Fees are tailored to scope and may be fixed, area-based or phased. You receive a transparent proposal before work begins.
Can we bring our own contractor?
Yes. We can work in a design-consultancy role with your contractor, or manage execution with our trusted project network.
